A big happy new year to all of you from Gettin Us Fed. 2015 was a great year and filled with some wonderful cooking and experimentation for us. We also had the wonderful additions of our allotment and our rabbit to help keep me extremely busy! To celebrate the last year, here are some of my favourite posts from 2015!

Shooter's SandwichThis just screams to me- summer and picnics and lazy afternoons and sunbathing next to a flowing river.... sorry daydreaming about summer there! Can't wait for the weather to improve so I can have an excuse to remake this again! |
Marmite CakeYou either love it or you hate it. And I do love it! This was the first of my savoury cakes- and definitely the first to be perfected. I look forward to sharing some of my other ones that are works in progress at the moment! |
But new year isn't just about looking backwards, you have got to look forwards too. So what does Gettin Us Fed have in store for the upcoming year? We have a new look coming very shortly with hopefully a better user experience to make looking through recipes and posts easier and more enjoyable. Our twitter page will be used properly instead of sporadically and depending on how manageable that is, we may extend to other social media sites. As I've mentioned above, more savoury cakes, finally completing my favourite pizza, savoury souffles and much, much more. Watch this space!!
